We have 3 weeks of hillclimbs coming up. These are on Thursday evenings, first off at 6.30pm. Sign-on is at the car park at the top of clay bank (yes, you have to go up to go down to go up again). This week is up the long side (from Great Broughton direction), the following two are up the steep side (from Ingleby Greenhowe direction).
The usual rules apply, though there are no separate categories for road and TT. Hills are a great leveller (see what I did there?)

There is a Teesside Hill Climb League with points taken from your best 4 of the 6 climbs (or 3 from 5 in the event that one gets cancelled). A link to the league rules & regulations can be found here.

As circumstances prevented us from having a prize presentation evening this year we have decided that tonight we will hold an impromptu presentation evening following on from the Evening Series.
It will take part in the salubrious setting of the Seamer Road Gravel Pits at approximately 7.20pm. As you may or may not remember whether or not you won a category last year it promises to be a suspenseful evening!
If you’re unable to ride home with a cup or plaque in your saddle bag, don’t worry, the club will happily hang onto it for you and pass it on at a more convenient moment.
