CWCC Bishopton 25 TT

The CWCC Open 25 was held last Sunday at Bishopton. The weather was good but had the usual problem of omni-directional headwind. This didn’t hamper Harry Tanfield (Ribble Weldtite) who romped to a course record in 51:03 to claim first place. Fastest female was Caroline Ratcliff of Ferryhill Wheelers, closely followed by Daisy Freer of Stockton Wheelers who was the fastest junior. Fastest juvenile was Daniel Thompson of CWCC.

Many thanks to all those who took part in the event, and to all those who helped out – timekeepers, marshals, event HQ “staff” and behind-the-scenes people, without whom the event could not have taken place.

CXNE Round 3

Cleveland and Stockton Wheelers today hosted CXNE round 3 at Middlesbrough Sports Village. The new course used proved to be a hit with the 257 who put their names down for the event.

Results will be available on CXNE facebook page as are photos from the event. A big thank you to everyone who turned up to build , marshal and take down the course or to run the sign on. Without your help and support the event could not go ahead.

THANK YOU!

Below are a few photos of CWCC riders taken at the event today. Thanks to Anth Moy for his photography skills.
