I’m afraid the Xmas Lunch (Sunday 18th December) has been cancelled due to the small number of tickets sold. Apologies to all who had tickets and were looking forward to it. All refunds will be sorted out. However the Christmas club run will go ahead as planned. 09.30 depart Ayton / possible Christmas party cafe stop afterward, to be confirmed.

The Presentation Evening for the North East Road Youth League (RYL) was held in Durham last Saturday, 10 December.
The events in the RYL took place over the spring and summer months involving a mix of racing and skills. Cleveland Wheelers youth racers took part in the league and were rewarded as follows :-
Also Daniel received a jersey as regional champion in under 8 boys and Lewis won a jersey for most points throughout the league for all boys’ age categories.
Well done to all the riders.
There will be 16 events, 11 single lap events, four double lap events and one fun two-up on the last night. Further detail will appear on the website in due course.

The dates for the joint events with Stockton Wheelers have yet to be confirmed.
Don’t forget it’s the club’s annual Christmas Day time trial on the 25th. First rider off at 11:00 am. The start and finish is adjacent to the layby just north of the village of Newton under Roseberry (TS9). The course is about 9.5 miles in length. Bryan Bevis’s famous homebrew is available when you finish.
