This was the second leg of the inter club competition with Stockton Wheelers held on their Long Newton course.
The times of the CWCC riders who took part can be found here.
We managed to retain the trophy for another year.
There’s no event this week at Seamer, instead we are the guests of Stockton Wheelers for the second leg of the inter club trophy.
Their course starts and finishes at Long Newton. Signing on is between 6:00 pm and 6:50 pm for a start at 7:00 pm. The entry fee is £4.
There’s more information (including maps of the course) here and here.
This was to have been the first leg of the inter-club competition with Stockton Wheelers but unfortunately none of their riders made the trip over to Seamer. No doubt put off by the afternoon downpour.
As luck would have it the rain held off during the event which saw Aaron Preston posting the fastest time with a 19.52 with Lauren Watson once again fastest lady with 24.00.
The photo of the timekeeper’s sheet was woefully out of focus but I’ve transcribed the results best I could.
