The Hilly 21, the traditional opener to the CWCC time trialling season, is being held this year on Sunday, 12 March.

Here are the riders who took part in this morning’s time trial at Newton under Roseberry. Many thanks to Brian Gleeson for the photos.
There will be 16 events, 11 single lap events, four double lap events and one fun two-up on the last night. Further detail will appear on the website in due course.

The dates for the joint events with Stockton Wheelers have yet to be confirmed.
Don’t forget it’s the club’s annual Christmas Day time trial on the 25th. First rider off at 11:00 am. The start and finish is adjacent to the layby just north of the village of Newton under Roseberry (TS9). The course is about 9.5 miles in length. Bryan Bevis’s famous homebrew is available when you finish.
