Cleveland wheelers marshalling duties 2015

Hi all, sorry to be pecking all your heads again! Thanks to the 100 or so people that have now completed the marshalling availability survey. There are still around another 100 people that are required to complete the survey before February 8th. Please follow the link below and complete ASAP. If you have any questions, or you normally like to perform a certain duty, or you feel you shouldn’t be marshalling as you already carry out wheelers work, then please just complete the form and add a note in the comments section so I can see all the details when John Kelly sends me the final completed survey. If you’re really struggling to commit to any date then please pick the most likely date you will be available, swaps can always be performed nearer the time if we are really stuck. If you would also like to comment on how well you think this new system with an on line survey is working or ideas for improvements then please feel free to add those comments as well. Your club needs YOU!! Thanks, Dave Kirton

Club runs 10th, 11th Jan

Hi club runners. I’m afraid the way the forecast is looking for this weekend with very high winds it looks like all organised rides will have to be cancelled. We can’t expect ride leaders to head out in these conditions. For the remaining hardened club members just meet at the normal times and sort yourselves out. I believe the strength training ride from subway Gbro 09.30 sat is still on. Take care out there you lot. It’s time to Baton down the hatches!
Cheers, Dave k

Cleveland Tri Club watt bike training.

A lot of us struggle to fit in our cycle training during the winter months.

In January new cycle classes are being run by a firm called WattCycle .co.uk.

We have negotiating the possibility of our members going to one of these sessions as a group to make the session less expensive.

To begin with their Performance Coach will lead the session but it will be possible for own coaches to take over doing this once we get established.

We were thinking that Thursday would be a good night to do this ? The venue is on Thornaby Industrial Estate.

If you are interested in joining in with this could you either reply to my email or speak to Tony Main our lead coach. There will be only places for 9 people in each class so reply as soon as possible if you are interested.

For more information visit WattCycle.co.uk.
