Well, Harry Tanfield turned up and went and smashed the course record with a time of 17:22. That’s over 20 seconds off the previous best time held by brother Charlie. This is after a solid season on the road with not much time trialling!
The first lady was Annabel Sill with a 24:17.

Next week is the last event of the Time Trial Series. The action then moves to Clay Bank for a series of hill climbs on the four subsequent weeks.

The CWCC Retro Ride which was to have taken place tomorrow, Saturday 27 July 2019 has had to be cancelled. Apologies for this late cancellation and any inconvenience that this may have caused.
However, if you’re keen on classic bicycles then you may be interested to know that the Rusty Bike Cafe are holding a Jack Taylor weekend on Sunday/Monday 25/26 August 2019. More details to follow.
