A good turn out of Cleveland Wheelers today for the last round of the Velo 29 Winter Series at Croft. There were no podium places but all riders rode well. Well done to Dan Waring, Peter Gunn, Rohan Rayner-Smith and David Waring. The gale force winds didn’t help proceedings!
Dan Waring tied for the first overall for the 4th cats in the series. He may have gone better but he couldn’t compete in the last 4th cat race as his previous good showings had moved him up to 3rd cat.
Congratulations to Dan Waring on his second place in the 4th cat race.

It was a repeat of his second place last Saturday. Good news – this result moves him up from a fourth cat rider to a third.
Congratulations also to fellow Wheelers, Rohan Rayner-Smith and David Waring (Dan’s cousin) for completing the race in the very trying weather conditions. It was David’s first ever race.
Congratulations to Dan Waring on his second place in the 4th cat race.

He was so very nearly in the top spot.
