British Cycling Half Term Courses

British Cycling are running 2 courses at Middlesbrough Sports Village over the spring half term.

The first is Road Coaching for Youth A/B & Junior Riders and takes place on Tuesday 31st May, 10:30 to 14:30. The focus is on riding to develop fitness with race simulations & scenarios  – more information can be found here.

The second course is the U16 Go Ride Holiday Course on Thursday 2nd June, 10:30 to 14:30. This course will be focusing on developing basic skills as well as various games and competitions in a fun, enjoyable and safe environment – more information can be found here.
