  1. I have noticed that the entrance has closed for the hill climb and was wondering if there’s any way I can come along on the day to take part? I took part in the 4 week hill climb series earlier in the month and really enjoyed it so I was wanting to take part in this event also. I understand that I may not be able to race as it is past the closing date but would like to attend if possible in any way. Thanks a lot

  2. Hi dan. Really sorry, I would squeeze you in if I could but this is what’s called an open time trial as apposed to the club TT. It’s much bigger event organised through cycling time trials .org. Once the closing date has passed I have to submit my start sheet and I’m afraid it’s final. Just bear in mind if you fancy any tts next year that the closing date is always 10 days before. Club tts are different where you can just turn up as long as you are a club member or guest. Please turn up and spectate, you might be glad your not ridding it when you watch it! P.s you need to be a member of a cycling club to enter open time trials. Apols again that I can’t get you in. Cheers, Dave KIrton
