This week the route goes from GT Ayton up Clay Bank to Chop Gate then over the back and down Carlton Bank.
From there it goes through the lanes and heads over to West Rounton and Appleton Wiske before turning and coming back via Kirklevington Yarm and Newby, eventually to finish in Stokesley.
